Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Sept. 4 through Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported three properties that changed hands.

Key Highlight: Real estate sales slowed, with three homes changing hands this week for a combined $3.625 million.

130 Blue Ridge Rd.: Xiameng Wang and Bin Hu to Antoine Loron for $1,255,000

66 Glen View Unit 66: Judith A. Grimm to Betty Wills Thomas for $760,000
