Glimmers of spring in the Wilton real estate market? There were six land transfers recorded last week by the Wilton town clerk’s office. They were, (including address and price):

  • 51 Cherry Ln. was sold by U.S. Bank to Ty Christianson for $570,000.
  • Jodi Borner sold 4 Hulda Hill Rd. to the Robert & Suzi Eckert Living Trust for $1,300,000. (Updated:  this sale price was originally reported at $800,000 by the Town Clerk’s office, but on Friday, March 27 the Clerk’s office issued a correction. The updated sales price is $1,300,000.)
  • The Nussbaum Family Trust (Mark Nussbaum and Patricia Nussbaum) sold 40 Wilton Crest to Bhuvaneswari Muthiah and Thirumal Nagarathnam for $465,000.
  • The Carolyn Cummiskey Estate sold 237 Newtown Tpke. to John and Francesca Egan for $460,000.
  • Kevin and Melanie Grant sold 48 Quail Ridge Rd. to Christopher and Jennifer Gardner for $875,000 (pictured).
  • Christiaan Rizy sold 270 Sturges Ridge Rd. to Michael and Michelle Wood for $470,000.
