Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Aug. 21 through Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported three properties that changed hands.

Key Highlight: Sales slowed a bit this week with three homes changing hands for a total of just over $5 million in combined sales.
