Wilton Center’s scarecrows have arrived — and tomorrow, they’ll have plenty of costumed company.
The Wilton Chamber of Commerce Pumpkin Parade and Halloween Trick-or-Treating returns to Wilton Center on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 2-4 p.m., with local businesses and organizations handing out treats and families invited to enjoy music, interactive games and activities around the Town Green gazebo. Presented in collaboration with ASML and the Town of Wilton, the free event takes place rain or shine.
While making the trick-or-treat rounds, be sure to check out this year’s crop of scarecrows decorating Wilton Center’s lampposts, another favorite Chamber tradition. Get a preview in GMW’s photo gallery below, then head downtown to see their creative details up close. (If you can’t make it this Saturday, the scarecrows will hang around until Saturday, Oct. 31.)
Traffic note: Old Ridgefield Rd. between the Town Green and Godfrey Rd. will be closed to vehicles during the event.
