Three Wilton businesses are holding some special events and open houses, and they’re inviting residents to join them for the fun.

Tonight, Thursday, March 12, Signature Style and Hello Yoga are co-hosting a “Ladies Night Out.” Guests can enjoy a yoga class, browse through the newest spring fashions and try on makeup from a new makeup line called B E A U T Y C O U N T E R, which is owned by a Wilton resident, Penny Schwartz. The event runs 6:30-9 p.m..

On Saturday, March 14, the Painted Cookie is inviting Wilton to stop by and see their newly opened cookie classroom. Since expanding the business into the space next-door, owner Susan Schmitt has been excited to create a classroom space where kids can learn to make fun cookies just like she does. The open house runs 1-4 p.m.. There will be Color-A-Cookie Shamrocks and Rainbows for kids to color with edible markers. (Children ages 4-and-up are invited accompanied by an adult.)

Signature Style is located at 72 Old Ridgefield Rd., and Hello Yoga is right upstairs at 80 Old Ridgefield Rd.. The Painted Cookie is located at 196 Danbury Rd..
