Boo!  Are you as surprised by the Halloween week upswing in Wilton’s real estate transactions as we are? There were eight homes sold last week; following two weeks of only two sales each 7-day period, the uptick is welcome news.

According to files made public by the Wilton Town Clerk‘s office, the property transactions where homes changed hands last week (including sale prices), were:

  • Janice Peterson and James Kiszka sold 197 Old Kings Hwy. to Ian Tiedemann and Melanie Yahner for $548,000.
  • Christopher Dohan sold 32 Irmgard Ln. to Xiumei Song and Lampros Panagis for $572,000.
  • William and Atsuko Borella sold 2 Bittersweet Tr. to James and Ying Mazzu for $455,000 (pictured).
  • Helen Monroe sold 44 Forest Ln. to Jesse and Emily Casinelli for $340,000.
  • Sophia Johnson sold 19 Fairview Ln. to John and Heather Priest for $455,000.
  • Linda Castriota sold 29 Redding Rd. to Gavin and Colleen Fawcett for $185,000.
  • Distinctive Property Investments LLC sold 46 Sunset Pass to Ryan Panoli and Jennifer Johnson for $595,000.
  • Paul Calzone and Deborah Kelly sold 11 Blue Ridge La. to Jonathan Jankus for $842,500.
