Saturday, June 15 was a glorious day, and not just because the temps were perfect. Wilton High School held its graduation ceremony that afternoon, conferring diplomas to 308 members of the Class of 2019.

The student speakers included Ava Kaplan, student body president; Madeline Burke, class Valedictorian; Kimberly Castano, senior class vice president; and George Murphy, senior class president. The graduation speaker was Jean Brey, an English teacher. Graduates and guests also heard from Dr. Kevin Smith, Wilton Schools’ Superintendent; Greg Theriault, WHS assistant principal; Dr. Bob O’Donnell, WHS principal; and Christine Finkelstein, Board of Education chair.

GOOD Morning Wilton is pleased to share the photos our photographer, Drew Gumins (WHS Class of 2016) took, as well as images submitted by graduates and their families. We’ve also got the magic moment of the cap toss caught on video.
