Three homes changed hands in Wilton during the week of Feb. 13-19. According to the Town Clerk’s office, they were (including price and address):

  • Robert Hevner (estate) sold 66 Cedar Rd. to Eric and Angela Wichal for $935,000.
  • Boris and Natalie Timoshin sold 4 Mail Coach Ct. to Michael Harrington and Michelle Faylo for $722,500.
  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 26 River Ridge Ln. to Leslie and Judith Grodd for $1,116,609.
