Wilton’s real estate week saw six properties change hands from June 3-9, according to information provided weekly by the Wilton town clerk’s office. One home, at 206 Mountain Rd., which was named “Best Speculative Remodel” in 2014, is a remodeled farmhouse built on the home’s original 18th century foundation, using portions of the original framing. It sold for $1.05 million.
All the homes that changed hands last week were (including address, sale price and photo):
- Wells Fargo Bank sold 167 Old Kings Hwy. to Marcin and Iwona Wolak for $472,500.

- Wood Builders Inc. sold 206 Mountain Rd. to Chris and Marcella Kapsaroff for $1,050,000.

- Adam and Lauren Luker sold 38 Old Driftway to Russell and Kellie DeLacy for $627,000.

- Paul and Dorothy Wright sold 245 Rivergate Dr. to Jeffrey and Ruth Deluca for $520,000.

- Archit Patel and Priya Desai sold 61 Wilton Crest to Laura Bard and David Soriano for $455,001.

- Matthew and Lucy Davies sold 175 Cannon Rd. to John and Nancy Sharpe for $935,825.
