  • Brian and Kim Holland sold 18 Bryants Brook Rd. to Allan Thompson and Brenna Cook for $615,000.
  • Robert Fitzpatrick and Luisa Milevoj sold 236 Westport Rd. to Scott and Caroline McBurney for $890,000.
  • Dominic and Jessica White sold 16 Raymond Ln. to Gary and Jennifer Constance for $1,499,000.
  • Hildy Guerrero sold 27 Kensett Ave. to Aureza Abedin and Jennifer McLoughlin for $715,000.
  • Sara Miller sold 43 Own Home Ave. to Karen Sackowitz for $488,000.
  • James C P Berry Trust sold 45 Spectacle Ln. to Alan and Susan Ravitz for $825,000.
